The subject of this post is to simply introduce myself to you all, and hopefully persuade you to stick around for future posts!

Welcome to my blog, if you're here you're probably wondering, who is this girl anyway? Let me begin to explain to you who I am, and what I believe in.
I've always been a creative, sporty and a dreamer. So, that's why in 2016 when I was offered to go on a pitch up and play kind of tournament with my school, I accepted and enjoyed myself. From then, I decided I wanted to play rugby and I joined my local club. Through there I've been handed many opportunities and they've been great experiences.
I remember thinking as a young female rugby player that I wasn't going to play much and my team weren't going to be supported. Boy, was I wrong. My club has always been supportive of all of its teams, and they've handed us with some pretty exciting moments along my journey in playing too!
Through the years of playing, my team have had many ups and downs, and we've been through seasons where we were one of the best in the county, to seasons where we were one of the worst. But that taught us all something - resilience. Being able to go through stages like that and to come out on the other side of them as better people is a truly inspiring thing.
In 2020 I was handed the opportunity to test my luck at county trials, and luckily I managed to get in, and so did one of my close teammates, with whom I grew up with. Being blessed with such an opportunity was a life changing experience, and I had the chance to play with and against the best players in the South West.
Unfortunately, Covid-19 stopped our season early and I haven't been able to play for my club or county since March 2020, but that hasn't stopped me from progressing myself and my Instagram, which is my main social media platform.
I have a dream to change the perception of women's rugby, and inspire many people, girls and boys, young and old. I dream to play for the Red Roses, and will continue working on that dream until it comes true.
I hope you continue to stay by me in this journey, because there's definitely some exciting things to come soon.
Love what you are doing and I hope that your dream can come true one day. Standing up for what you believe in is really inspiring to others. Keep going!!
